The annual break dance event Floor Wars, where some of the best dancers from around the world meet to compete and inspire each other, was first held in March 2005. Floor Wars has been attended by 1200 spectators from around the world each year, and in addition, the event is broadcast live via the Internet. At present, Floor Wars is the biggest breakdance event in Scandinavia, and one of the most renowned events in the world. The event in Copenhagen consists of an acrobatic, furious dance competition performed by the elite of the international breakdance scene.
The international interest in the event has been growing every year, and today there are eliminations in several countries such as Germany, France, USA, Italy and Poland – the winning crew from each country will represent at the world final in Copenhagen.
The association seeks to improve the chances of marginalized young dancers in Tunisia in the specialty of breakdance, this through the presentations and their art in sites, social networks and by supporting them to participate in the international competition Floor Wars Tunisia, which is a bridge to reach the World through the nomination to represent Tunisia in Denmark.
