We are looking for a passionate and well-driven community manager to join our communications team !!!
Community Manager Responsibilities:
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms and website
- Assist with community management, responding to messages and feedback
- Analyze and measure the success of our online presence
- Write and post daily updates, promotions, and other content on social media platforms
- Develop and maintain a content calendar
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure our organization’s consistency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Enhance and maintain our online presence
- Help with creating, editing, and scheduling social media campaigns.
Community Manager Requirements:
- Experience with social media management
- Good content writing skills in Arabic, French and English
- Experience with social media management
- knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Graphic Designer Responsabilities:
- Assist in the design and creation of various marketing materials and social media graphics
- Help develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the company
- Collaborate with the communication team on various projects
- Help with photo editing and retouching
- Assist in the design and layout of presentations and reports
- Help maintain and update the company’s website
- Contribute to the design of digital ads and banners
Graphic Designer Requirements:
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles

- Proven graphic designing experience

PHOTOGRAPHER VIDEOGRAPHER Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, production and post-production of video and photo shoots
- Help with equipment setup and breakdown for photo and video shoots
- Collaborate with the communication team on various projects, such as video and photo shoots for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Help with editing and post-production of videos and photos
- Contribute to the development of creative concepts for video and photo projects
- Help with lighting setup and camera operation during shoots
- Assist in the management and organization of equipment and files
- Help with scouting locations and obtaining necessary permits

INTERN
We are looking for a goal-oriented Project Assistant intern to join our team!!
Project Assistant Responsabilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of project tasks and timelines
- Help with research and data gathering for projects
- Assist in the creation of project-related documents such as project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Help with scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference calls
- Assist in the management of project budgets and expenses
- Help with tracking project progress and identifying potential issues
- Assist in the presentation of project progress and results to stakeholders
- Help with the development and maintenance of project management tools and templates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Project Assistant Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of experience in the humanitarian field is an asset;
- Good drafting skills in Arabic and English (knowledge of French is an asset);
- Very good analytical, communication, and research skills;
- Ability to work independently, when necessary;
- Flexibility, team working skills, professional and personal integrity;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
