his program contributes to investing in the cultural and creative industries and contemporary handicrafts targeting youth and women by encouraging innovation and creativity in developing the Tunisian cultural scene and supporting economic independence. This program relies on training, capacity building, and assistance for independent artists as well as emerging independent initiatives and groups located in challenging and marginalized areas for the purpose of ensuring their continuity and provide small and medium grants. Moreover, the program provides sustainable and safe spaces within the DCS-supervised pilot cultural center, which provides quality services and capacity building for the aforementioned target groups.
