Context:
Danseurs Citoyens Sud is seeking a sociologist to conduct an in-depth study on the situation of immigrants in Sfax, Gabès, Médenine, and Tataouine. The objective is to collect data and analyze various aspects of their lives, including the challenges they face, their contributions to society, and opportunities for policy improvement.
Duration of the assignment: From January 10 to February 10, 2024.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an appropriate survey methodology to gather relevant data.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with immigrants to collect detailed information about their experiences, perspectives, and needs.
- Use quantitative methods to assess the frequency and extent of reported discriminations and violence.
- Thoroughly document the specific situations of immigrants, focusing on socio-economic challenges, successes, and contributions to the community.
- Analyze collected data and prepare a comprehensive and detailed research report presenting results, conclusions, and recommendations within the set deadlines.
