It contributes to investing in the cultural and creative industries sector, targeting youth and women by encouraging innovation and creativity in developing the Tunisian cultural scene. This program relies on training, capacity building and accompaniment of independent artists, emerging independent initiatives and groups based in marginalized areas to ensure their continuity and the provision of small and medium grants as well as sustainable and safe spaces within the pioneer cultural center supervised by CDS to enjoy the quality of services and capacity building.
