The Visual Arts Department is an educational and training unit that focuses on the study and teaching of visual arts, with the aim of developing culture and arts as well as strengthening the national identity by embodying Tunisia’s local heritage in arts and disciplines included in this artistic sphere in general. It also aims to develop the artistic skills of emerging artists in areas far from capital cities and qualify them to move from amateurism to artistic professionalism, thus contributing to the enhancement of creative industries.
