Ahmed Guerfel

I am a multidisciplinary artist, cultural manager, and social entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience designing and leading cultural and artistic initiatives both in Tunisia and internationally. My work focuses on leveraging culture and the arts as catalysts for sustainable social and economic development. I have led more than 35 socio-cultural projects in Tunisia and over six international collaborations across North Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. My expertise encompasses strategic planning for cultural institutions, developing operational and ecosystem models, revitalizing public spaces through culture, and implementing innovative fundraising strategies. I have successfully secured over €2 million in funding for civil society initiatives and fostered strong partnerships that promote inclusive, community-centered cultural engagement.
