Ahmed Guerfel

I am a multidisciplinary artist, cultural manager, and social entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience designing and leading cultural and artistic initiatives across Tunisia and internationally. My work focuses on using culture and the arts as catalysts for sustainable social and economic development. I have led over 35 socio-cultural projects in Tunisia and more than 6 international collaborations across North Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States . My expertise includes strategic planning for cultural institutions, ecosystem and operational model development, public space revitalization through culture, and creative fundraising strategies . I have successfully secured over €2 million in funding for civil society initiatives and built strong partnerships that promote inclusive and community-centered cultural engagement.
