In April 2025, Danseurs Citoyens Sud organized an artistic bootcamp entitled “Misahat Noon”, aimed at emerging artists interested in the performing arts in Tunisia. The program took place from April 2 to April 9, 2025, in Gabès, South Tunisia.
A selected group of artists participated in this intensive program, engaging in a collective artistic experience that unfolded over eight days of research, experimentation, and creation.
The bootcamp did not seek only an artistic outcome, but rather focused on the activation of the body as a central expressive medium. Through movement and presence, the participants explored ways to break away from traditional aesthetic forms, working toward the creation of a free, open, and non-centralized bodily expression.
“Misahat Noon” served as a space for exploration and exchange, where artistic practice became a tool for questioning norms, redefining space, and expanding the possibilities of physical performance.
