Call for Tenders: Visual Identity Redesign & Communication Consulting
To strengthen its institutional positioning, Danseurs Citoyens Sud (DCS) is launching a call for a specialized service provider to handle a complete visual identity overhaul and provide strategic communication support.
Phase 1: Visual Identity Redesign
Goal: Modernize and professionalize the DCS brand universe across all print and digital platforms.
- Creation of a new visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Design of social media templates, official letterheads, badges, and email signatures.
- Optimization of source files for both web and high-quality printing.
- Duration: Approximately 2 months.
Phase 2: NGO Communication Consulting
Goal: Structure the institutional and operational communication strategy to enhance visibility.
- Strategic diagnostic of current practices and identification of opportunities.
- Development of a formal institutional communication strategy.
- Capacity building and skills transfer to the internal DCS team.
- Duration: 2 months (concurrent or consecutive).
3. Required Deliverables
- Updated Brand Manual (Charte Graphique).
- Editable templates (Social Media, Slides, Matrices).
- Strategic Diagnostic Report and Action Plan.
- Final Mission Report.
4. Application File
Submit a single PDF file containing:
- Technical Offer: Methodology, understanding of the mission, and timeline.
- Financial Offer: Detailed breakdown (Excluding & Including Tax).
- Portfolio: References specifically with NGOs or international institutions.
