Call for Applications: Photography & Video Coverage – Molding & Modeling Workshop
As part of the "From & To People" program, the organisation Danseurs Citoyens Sud (DCS) is opening a call for entries to recruit a freelance Photographer / Videographer. The selected professional will capture the physical creation, textures, and three-dimensional forms of our Molding & Modeling Workshop, documenting the manual clay workflows and creative journey of our 30 young participants.
Intervention Calendar & Core Deliverables:
The contractor must ensure absolute presence and production delivery for the following 2 workshop days:
- July 3, 2026 (Session 1): Photo coverage focusing on raw clay preparation, technical gestures, and initial modeling workflows.
- July 8, 2026 (Session 2): Photo coverage focusing on advanced prototyping, final mold-making, textures, reliefs, and completed pieces.
Total Output Required: A minimum of 100 fully edited high-resolution photos (50 premium edited shots per day) and 1 unified dynamic short-form vertical aftermovie (9:16 format) capturing the combined synergy of both days, optimized for social media.
Required Profile
- Proven experience in documentary, artisan craft workshops, or creative studio media coverage.
- Equipped with professional gear capable of rendering crisp visuals, high-fidelity texture contrasts, and rich volume depths in indoor environments.
- Ability to work autonomously, capturing raw, unposed clay modeling and sculpture gestures without disrupting the learning flow.
- Mandatory: Legally registered service provider with a valid Fiscal Patent (Patente).
Submission Guidelines
Applications must be compiled into one single PDF document containing:
- Financial Offer: Global net breakdown pricing encompassing the 2 specified shooting days, production equipment, editing post-production, and final asset delivery.
- Professional Portfolio: Direct links to relevant past photography and short vertical video works (Reels/Aftermovies).
- Administrative Document: A clear, valid copy of the fiscal patent (Patente).
