NOUR BOUDAGGA

Nour Boudagga, originally from Monastir, is a student at the Higher Institute of Arts and Crafts in Gabes, specializing in oil painting. She holds a Master’s degree in Research on Theories of Creativity. Activities like drawing, sewing, murals, photography, and bricolage have been her hobbies since childhood. After that, she began to share and develop these skills through various individual and community activities until they were refined and framed during her years at the Higher Institute of Arts and Crafts in Gabes. During those years, she explored different arts and painting styles, such as material painting, which encourages using everyday materials for art and community purposes. Additionally, she developed an awareness of art’s potential to discuss and address socio-political issues. One of her projects, supervised by Professor Mohamed Amine Hammouda, focused on the city of Jemmel and its brick and tile factory. She had the opportunity to display these paintings in the exhibition titled “At Hand”, supervised by the professor and artist Mohamed Amine Hammouda.
