Danseurs Citoyens Sud Organization is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Assistant to manage the coordination and optimization of logistical operations for our artistic projects and events. The position requires adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and the capacity to identify and address emergencies and priorities effectively.
Mission and Responsibilities:
Event Organization:
*Ensure all logistical needs for any event are met in coordination with the project coordinator and department heads, under the supervision of the Financial Manager.
Logistics Management:
*Adhere to logistical procedures, including transport, asset and inventory management, procurement, and communication procedures, ensuring their effective implementation.
*Identification and Management of Supplies and Logistics Needs
*Ensure the organization of all project activities, including the identification and management of supplies and logistical requirements.
*Conduct daily check-ups of the premises to ensure a smooth operational environment.
