Call for Consultation: Painting & Renovation Works – Guest House d'Arts & d'Histoires
As part of the rehabilitation and upgrading of the Guest House d'Arts & d'Histoires, we are launching a call for consultation open to professional painters, contractors, and building renovation companies. This call aims to select the right provider to execute a series of meticulous renovation and finishing works across all interior and exterior spaces of the site.
Nature & Scope of Works:
The selected contractor will be strictly responsible for executing the following lots:
- Surface Preparation: Methodical repair of all surface imperfections, filling, and thorough sanding of walls before applying any paint.
- Black Cement Walls: Technical application of a dedicated surfacer to smooth out and level the rough textures.
- White Cement & Stone Walls: Application of a premium, clear protective varnish to preserve the authentic raw aesthetic of the stone and cement.
- Joinery (Doors & Windows): Complete repair and calibration of all indoor and outdoor openings, followed by high-quality painting that strictly respects the existing reference and shade.
- Restrooms/Water Closets: Mandatory application of a specific waterproof and moisture-resistant paint on all bathroom doors.
- Wooden Ceilings: Structural repair of the wooden ceilings, followed by the application of an adapted stain and a protective varnish coat.
Mandatory On-Site Inspection Visit
The final financial proposal must be built upon the actual metric realities of the building. Therefore, an on-site site visit is strictly mandatory before submitting any bid. Required Profile & Eligibility Criteria
- Specialized professional or company with a proven track record in renovating historic properties, cultural venues, or guest houses.
- Exclusive use of premium-grade paint and treatment products that withstand climatic conditions and heavy usage.
- Proven capability to respect a strict, fast-paced execution timeline.
- Administrative Requirement: Must be legally registered with local tax authorities and possess a valid Fiscal Patent (Patente).
Submission Guidelines
Applications must be compiled into one single PDF file containing strictly:
- Financial Offer: A detailed quantitative and estimated quotation built upon observations gathered during the mandatory site visit.
- Methodological Note: A tentative execution schedule indicating the global duration and key milestones of the works.
- Administrative Document: A clear, valid copy of your active business patent (Patente).
