Call for Experts: Natural Fiber Exploration & Papermaking

As part of the "From and To People" project, Danseurs Citoyens Sud (DCS) is launching a training unit dedicated to the craft of handmade paper. We are seeking an expert to guide 30 participants (ages 18-35) through the chemical and artistic transformation of local organic fibers into high-quality paper.

Mission Objectives

• Teach the identification and sourcing of local vegetable fibers (Alfa, palm, etc.).
• Master the technical cycle: Sourcing, cooking, pulping, moulding, and pressing.
• Encourage an ecological approach to waste transformation and artistic creation.

Methodology & Deliverables

The expert must provide a hands-on, sensory experience. Expected deliverables include:

• A Methodological Note before the start of the workshop.
• A Final Technical Report evaluating the participants' progress.
