Call for Applications: Professional Psychologist
As part of the "From & To People" program, Danseurs Citoyens Sud (DCS) is seeking a specialized Psychologist to support a preparatory meeting with participants. The aim is to analyze group dynamics and provide strategic guidance for positive group mentorship throughout the program.
1. Mission Objectives
The main goal is to ensure effective psychological support tailored to participants' needs to foster engagement and success. Specific objectives include:
- Analyzing the psychological and behavioral composition of the group.
- Identifying specific needs, expectations, and constraints of participants.
- Proposing positive mentorship strategies for the entire program duration.
- Advising the coordination team on optimal communication methods.
2. Event Details
- Date: March 14, 2026
- Time: 08:00 PM to 09:30 PM (Ramadan Session)
- Location: DCS Headquarters, 115 Mohamed Ali Street, Gabès.
- Target Audience: 15 to 20 program participants and the coordination team.
3. Deliverables
- Observation report and psychological recommendations.
- Summary of participants' expectations and needs.
- A comprehensive positive mentorship plan covering all program phases.
4. Application Requirements
Candidates must submit a single PDF file containing:
- Methodological note on the intervention approach.
- Financial offer (indicating fees in HT and TTC).
- Copy of Business License (Patente).
