Context: As part of the official launch of the From & To People project, Danseurs Citoyens Sud is organizing a Kick-Off Meeting that will bring together the project's partners, participants, and guests.

To document and highlight this key event, Danseurs Citoyens Sud is launching a Call for Application for a photographer/videographer to cover the activity and produce high-quality visual content.

Mission

The selected applicant will be responsible for:

  • Photo and video coverage of the entire event.
  • The production and editing of partner interviews, as well as the delivery of all final visual materials according to the specifications below.

Deliverables

Photos

  • Number: 40 final edited images
  • Format: 1920 x 1080 px (HD)
  • Orientation: Landscape
  • Content: Key moments, atmosphere, portraits, interactions
  • Post-production: Color correction & retouching

Main Video

  • Duration: 1 min 29 s (89.8 seconds)
  • Format: 1920 x 1080 px (HD)
  • File type: MP4 (H.264)
  • Style: Dynamic, inspiring, representative of diversity and energy

Partner Interviews

  • Number: 4 interviews
  • Format: Reels (1080 x 1920 px)
  • Duration: 1 min 29 s each
  • Editing: Subtitles, transitions included
  • Deadline: 7 days after event

Event Details

Date: October 23, 2025

Location: No Name – Artistic Studio Lab

Duration: 3 hours (2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Delivery Deadlines

  • Photos: Same day of the event
  • Video rushes: Same day of the event
  • Final aftermovie: Within 5 days after the event
  • Partner interviews: Within 7 days after the event

Financial Terms

Payment will be made by bank transfer, only after full validation of all deliverables (photos, videos, and interviews). Danseurs Citoyens Sud reserves the right to request revisions before final approval. No advance payment will be issued before final validation.

How to Apply

Required Documents

  • A detailed quotation (shooting + post-production)
  • A portfolio showcasing previous works in photography and/or videography
  • Proof of a valid professional business license (patente) – mandatory
